Liquids containing levels of organic and/ or inorganic material may represent challenges to downstream processing as well as to safety. Type and source of this material and the characteristics of the liquids may challenge conventional methods for filtration/ separation and may require alternative approaches
We developed a high capacity micro-filtration filter for use with aggressive fluids. The unit is built in Duplex steel qualities and it has been designed for manufacturing using an existing production line for pressure vessels. This have lowered the costs and made it very competitive. Available for capacities from 50 - 4000 cubic meter/ hour with a cut-point down to 5 micrometers.
