Inspired by the enormous potentials of the tides, we got curious and had a look at what was going on in the world of tidal development. That didn't scare us, so we decided to look a little closer. The tidal focus gave birth to the Sea-Lix dual rotor contra-rotating bi-directional turbine.

The tidal segment is very political with loads of constraints representing considerable commercial risks. So we developed the design further also for potential energy harvesting in addition to the kinetic scenario. That's the base for Sea-Lix' autonomous monitoring platforms and their pressure control turbine made to convert surplus pressure to electric power for on-site use or alternatively for sale to the grid. That is how Sea-Lix became a supplier in the Smart Water sector.
